Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Quick-Panel QPJ2D100L2P,QPJ,QPJ2D,QPJ-2D100-L2P parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carrier parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 1756CN2R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CEPL13044503R manufactured by Carrier and we are pleased to be able to service most Carrier systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 150009651119 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand 6ES71511AA020AB0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yokogawa such as UT55000 equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SGDV590A11A made by Yaskawa as well as the popular RV08B original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGM7J04AFC6SSGD7S2R8A00A by Yaskawa and UT55000 spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SA121A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Samkoon.
