Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pulstec PSBSDP-010-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Quaid-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ri parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Racon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Quaid-Technologies such as the IX100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MH20A manufactured by Ri and we are pleased to be able to service most Ri systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10021103 by Manufacturer Racon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Qsm Brand CF8M112 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pwb such as 1105680017804A equipment made by Pwb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pwb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pwb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3323072 made by Rae as well as the popular SC3110C original spares produced by Purrco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DB200 by Quaid-Technologies and 1105680017804A spares by Pwb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QUINTPS3x400500AC24DC20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Phoenix.
