Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pulnix TM-2016-8CL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pulsotronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Racon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Microscan product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pulsotronic such as the 99542200T18A110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10053128RevC manufactured by Racon and we are pleased to be able to service most Racon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QX870QX870FIS08701004GFIS08701004G by Manufacturer Microscan as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has R.b.-Denison Brand NJ50FVE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Varian such as R0176 equipment made by Varian have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Varian products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Varian" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 40006A02 made by Pure-Flex as well as the popular D620P90 original spares produced by Pyrotenax

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 224030048079 by Pyco and R0176 spares by Varian are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original USG2X0739 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ckd.
