Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the 11980 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0700501089 manufactured by Quantum and we are pleased to be able to service most Quantum systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 209715 by Manufacturer Protech as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Protection-Controls Brand 6642VB10NR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Newport such as Q2000A equipment made by Newport have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Newport products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Newport" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Q8PENETSW01 made by Modicon as well as the popular 33DCME2440 original spares produced by Qmc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Q32481100BFO by Watlow and Q2000A spares by Newport are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VSP20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pulsafeeder.
