Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6022043 manufactured by Pyrotronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Pyrotronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 21011 by Manufacturer Qualidyne as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pv-Powered Brand 22600049 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Quantronix such as 392 equipment made by Quantronix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quantronix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quantronix" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QUINTPS1AC24DC5 made by Phoenix as well as the popular TC125 original spares produced by Quantum
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 93000701 by Qualitrol and 392 spares by Quantronix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
