Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Prosoft 5201-MNET-MCM-WEB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pyrotronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prx parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Psc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pyrotronics such as the 6022049V1036K4939 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KS621230A7 manufactured by Prx and we are pleased to be able to service most Prx systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 15D7G130 by Manufacturer Psc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Protection-Controls Brand 6644VA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Quikwave such as DM2202A1 equipment made by Quikwave have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quikwave products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quikwave" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TM34K made by Pulnix as well as the popular K801050204 original spares produced by Pulstec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M31Q743 by Q-dot and DM2202A1 spares by Quikwave are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7223C31 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Puma.
