Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proface PFXGP4311HTADER parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pyropress products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rcs product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pyropress such as the T1102 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HHB104918 manufactured by Pro-face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DFC13ANC6B2QTH by Manufacturer Rcs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pro-face Brand GP4104G1D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pro-face such as PFXLM4301TADDK equipment made by Pro-face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pro-face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pro-face" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G308C000 by Red and PFXLM4301TADDK spares by Pro-face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ILX56MM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Prosoft.
