Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proface GLC100-SC41-24V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Progressive-Automations products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ransohoff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Red product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Progressive-Automations such as the PA78850 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Imersojet manufactured by Ransohoff and we are pleased to be able to service most Ransohoff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LNXC2000 by Manufacturer Red as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Qtrpaq Brand MIHLK4FXB01D431 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Quantem such as Thermal equipment made by Quantem have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Nema34 by Rattmmotor and Thermal spares by Quantem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ALF25M4L4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quad.
