Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proface AGP3300-S1-D24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurotherm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Weinview product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the RINT5611C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L5341 manufactured by Eurotherm and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurotherm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT8070IE by Manufacturer Weinview as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Proface Brand GP37WBG1124V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Durco such as KW941 equipment made by Durco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Durco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Durco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1001645 made by Ersatzteil as well as the popular OP012T6FC52030AF061AA0 original spares produced by Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4032 by Promeasure and KW941 spares by Durco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 110HS12ZMA860H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toauto.
