Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Procon-Engineering 9620-4004 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rattm-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Progressive-Automations parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Red product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rattm-Motor such as the 23HS2430BFMD2740C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PA712850 manufactured by Progressive-Automations and we are pleased to be able to service most Progressive-Automations systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature APLIT415 by Manufacturer Red as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Progressive-Automations Brand FLT06 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Quicksilver such as QCID2IG equipment made by Quicksilver have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quicksilver products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quicksilver" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 308002822 made by Pro-face as well as the popular FLT0322 original spares produced by Progressive-Automations

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P3Z9ACT900W14 by Prx and QCID2IG spares by Quicksilver are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DF62011349 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rapistan.
