Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Process-Automation 1159-2109/12V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pyrotronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the 358270101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 288004502GP2600TC4124V manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6022019 by Manufacturer Pyrotronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Proface Brand PS3711AT4224V5MSU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Prosoft such as MV156MBP equipment made by Prosoft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prosoft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prosoft" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QS10241C1 made by Puls as well as the popular PTWSPT0100 original spares produced by Proximity

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 110494004 by Prolog and MV156MBP spares by Prosoft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LEH4SAPTC3500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pulsatron.
