Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proces-data PD 5010-LCD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Puma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Process-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Proface product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Puma such as the 923EG1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS3476L188P manufactured by Process-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Process-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AGP3300U1D24 by Manufacturer Proface as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Promicon Brand CAN1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Process-Sensors such as MCT360WP equipment made by Process-Sensors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Process-Sensors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Process-Sensors" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KK53003L28 made by Protechna as well as the popular 4202DFNTBSDA4 original spares produced by Prolinx

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ST403AG4124V by Proface and MCT360WP spares by Process-Sensors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
