Primes Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Primes PMM and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Primes PMM include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PMM if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PMM repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Qvi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rapistan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Promac product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Qvi such as the 3823 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DF62011349 manufactured by Rapistan and we are pleased to be able to service most Rapistan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DHT830 by Manufacturer Promac as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has R.k.rose-+-Krieger Brand IP20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Quartech such as 9800ACAB01 equipment made by Quartech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quartech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quartech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EPC5 made by Radisys as well as the popular PFXSP5B10 original spares produced by Proface
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 107540 by Proteam and 9800ACAB01 spares by Quartech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
