Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Primelco PRI-PMM.15RAR5401/B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Loos-International parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sanya product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the XBTGT1335 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SA101 manufactured by Loos-International and we are pleased to be able to service most Loos-International systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SDNMDP by Manufacturer Sanya as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kistler Brand Type5010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hach such as V609E equipment made by Hach have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hach products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hach" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TVMIQX6002200100U000T000 made by Honeywell as well as the popular PXC200AL00 original spares produced by Cyberoptics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XBTF023110 by Telemecanique and V609E spares by Hach are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PTNR2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Innovative.
