Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Prima-Electro 2SMPM6509/0C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Quick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Puls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ramsey product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Quick such as the FLBX6005S000C01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QT40242 manufactured by Puls and we are pleased to be able to service most Puls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature USP1 by Manufacturer Ramsey as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pulsafeeder Brand W206446 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Primatics such as 012784030 equipment made by Primatics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Primatics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Primatics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FLTCON1 made by Progressive-Automations as well as the popular C2250SR4 original spares produced by Quadrant

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PTSQ4425 by Quin and 012784030 spares by Primatics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
