Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Precise-Sensors 4221-B100 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ramsey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Racal-dana parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rockwell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ramsey such as the USP125AS675 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 111478 manufactured by Racal-dana and we are pleased to be able to service most Racal-dana systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C137898 by Manufacturer Rockwell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Seametrics Brand TX81Y in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rosemount such as 2120D3GC1I5DE0240ST equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AES6112 made by Schmersal as well as the popular GP621A original spares produced by Riken-Keiki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZRJ1024R by Red-Lion and 2120D3GC1I5DE0240ST spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
