Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Prometec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power-one parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Precision-Devices product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Prometec such as the I080115 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SPF6C2C2R6V6 manufactured by Power-one and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-one systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PDA6 by Manufacturer Precision-Devices as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Powertec Brand 4001144009 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Proface such as Pl6920 equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CFC30 made by Precitec as well as the popular SPM5A2AWAWK original spares produced by Power-one
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IUC72ACM by Pribusin and Pl6920 spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
