Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Potter JM2 104 22 , JM3 115 31 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sigma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sigma product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sigma such as the 7AOZ2500GTCP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6DD18420AA1 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5R010000SSPAL by Manufacturer Sigma as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Goodsky Brand RWHSH112D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as 3109640024 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RP5229G1 by C-P-Clare and 3109640024 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 320470AC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D.
