Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Porter 201-700SCCM 201-STP-21.1-C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Presstech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power-One parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Power-Mate product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Presstech such as the 7606299000H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CP680 manufactured by Power-One and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-One systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ETR1215D by Manufacturer Power-Mate as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Prime-Computer Brand 16010013156901 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Power-Electronics such as BT1461A equipment made by Power-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Power-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Power-Electronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OCDC600B0012B15CPRM181 made by Posital as well as the popular 3494D20100 original spares produced by Power-Ten

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 595ST075HC08DN05 by Powers and BT1461A spares by Power-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 295A054 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Power-Control-Corp.
