Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Popp-Machine--Tool-Inc BLK2525EZZ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Posital-Fraba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Post-Glover parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Port product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Posital-Fraba such as the OCDEEA1B1213C100PRM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CZ353165 manufactured by Post-Glover and we are pleased to be able to service most Post-Glover systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 462XYM by Manufacturer Port as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Prominent Brand DMTA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Proface such as AGP3300HS1D24RED equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GP77RMLTE41 made by Proface as well as the popular AST3302B original spares produced by Pro-face

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2980007002 by Pro-face and AGP3300HS1D24RED spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MD346ECHCC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Power-Electronics.
