Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Polyconn MCM30-375-06B MCM3037506B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Power-one products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power-One parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Prc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-one such as the HPM5C1C1E1E1H1S240 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HE2472AG manufactured by Power-One and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-One systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7810075 by Manufacturer Prc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pretec Brand QC032 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powerstat such as VS116B equipment made by Powerstat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powerstat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powerstat" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EG8030EG8030A made by Precitec as well as the popular PD70006R7 original spares produced by Precision-Digital

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCB3610C by Postal-Technologies and VS116B spares by Powerstat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 101073068 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powerware.
