Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Point-Grey FFMV-03M2M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Power-one products, including obsoleted and phased-out Polyspede parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pope-Scientific-Watlow product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-one such as the MAP1301024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E152913 manufactured by Polyspede and we are pleased to be able to service most Polyspede systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40731CJ808 by Manufacturer Pope-Scientific-Watlow as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Stober Brand SL0162G5NT24VV0714SL0162G5NT24VV0714 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Power-Process-Controls such as 53511100B0000 equipment made by Power-Process-Controls have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 325C000 by Powers and 53511100B0000 spares by Power-Process-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
