Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pmi KM3010A+600N0-103J parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pradler-getriebetechnik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Port product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pradler-getriebetechnik such as the 92090185 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 348080101 manufactured by Pr and we are pleased to be able to service most Pr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM13 by Manufacturer Port as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Promess Brand 2300244012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Port such as MUTM25PP1HL equipment made by Port have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Port products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Port" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AKM53GCNA270 made by Promess as well as the popular 60101 original spares produced by Polyscience

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MD346ECHCC by Power-Electronics and MUTM25PP1HL spares by Port are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MUZS80CC1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Port.
