Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pletter--Partner RPLW30-2/90HN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rittal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seal-Master parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rapistan-Demag product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rittal such as the 6525010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP47 manufactured by Seal-Master and we are pleased to be able to service most Seal-Master systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 04814152924 by Manufacturer Rapistan-Demag as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Schneider Brand ATS48C25Y in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Resistoflex such as NEW equipment made by Resistoflex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Resistoflex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Resistoflex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CLX1210SS made by Ruland as well as the popular 7687634A original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RF60LP145 by Sew and NEW spares by Resistoflex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 60A1CX10FT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Renold.
