Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Plc-Keypad PTN45EKR2-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Posital products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power-one parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rotronic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Posital such as the OCDC600B0012B15CPRM181 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SPL4010254 manufactured by Power-one and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-one systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1H by Manufacturer Rotronic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Neugart Brand PLE80909 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Prc such as 7610075 equipment made by Prc have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available CM250X1 made by Power-Logic as well as the popular L17614 original spares produced by Graco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FD103 by Mallory and 7610075 spares by Prc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
