Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Plc-Direct D4-RAM-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pmf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Powers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Potter product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pmf such as the 118400292 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 357B000 manufactured by Powers and we are pleased to be able to service most Powers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S90R5ABD1120 by Manufacturer Potter as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pmi Brand 00S0613666S6M4HH6D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powertec such as C0051AR2CH000 equipment made by Powertec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powertec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powertec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PRD233 made by Polyspede as well as the popular NIS10G original spares produced by Polaris

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OCDDPC1B0012C100H3P by Posital and C0051AR2CH000 spares by Powertec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P110FH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nidec.
