Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Plc-Direct D2-12TA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Power-Conversion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pmi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pratt product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-Conversion such as the 81025 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 00S0613666S6M4HH6D manufactured by Pmi and we are pleased to be able to service most Pmi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 282685GD by Manufacturer Pratt as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pmi Brand KM5520A1180NO105KS315001822 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powertec such as 4000149101001 equipment made by Powertec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powertec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powertec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M246CX made by Power as well as the popular H300L8 original spares produced by Power-Master

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A1SX41A1SX42S2 by Mitsubishi and 4000149101001 spares by Powertec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C10035N4CAH000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powertec.
