Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Plasma-therm T534 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pmi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Plc-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pmi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pmi such as the 50277 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the X136034302 manufactured by Plc-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Plc-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1111053196 by Manufacturer Pmi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Powermax Brand M22NSLSLDNM102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
