Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Planar 997-7415-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Powerline products, including obsoleted and phased-out Plessey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Polar product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Powerline such as the PPS100012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10561062 manufactured by Plessey and we are pleased to be able to service most Plessey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 45195 by Manufacturer Polar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pilz Brand PNOZ1124VAC24VDC7NO1NC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge-Fanuc such as 602199104602705103 equipment made by Ge-Fanuc have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
