Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Plasmatreat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Powerware parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Polyspede product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Plasmatreat such as the DDM0701 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 101072890 manufactured by Powerware and we are pleased to be able to service most Powerware systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PRD233 by Manufacturer Polyspede as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Power-one Brand HPF4A4A8M4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Porelon such as 61041 equipment made by Porelon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Porelon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Porelon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2000110001 made by Pmc as well as the popular 1411051 original spares produced by Powertec
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B16951 by Powerflo and 61041 spares by Porelon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HL3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Plastic-Process.
