Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pittman 14205D138 Lo-Cog parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pneutronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pneutal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Power-one product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pneutronics such as the 990004772002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SCP160A1 manufactured by Pneutal and we are pleased to be able to service most Pneutal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HPM5C1C1E1E1H1S240 by Manufacturer Power-one as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Positron Brand 220751312401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powers such as 535 equipment made by Powers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powers" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CUA4170005 made by Potter as well as the popular P304DA original spares produced by Automation-Direct

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PACP6100 by Potec and 535 spares by Powers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E1511E02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Polyspede.
