Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pioneer-Magnetics PM 2975AP-1-4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Poggi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Neugart parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pmc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Poggi such as the A2008r11d12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PLE80909 manufactured by Neugart and we are pleased to be able to service most Neugart systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DCXPC100 by Manufacturer Pmc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Piovan Brand 9630088 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powerohm such as URS000248 equipment made by Powerohm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powerohm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powerohm" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 161782 made by Festo as well as the popular SpeedLaserS original spares produced by Laser-Atlanta

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1073800 by Pks-digiplan and URS000248 spares by Powerohm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HPM5C1C1E1E1H1S240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Power-one.
