Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pilz PNOZ-X10-24VAC-6N/O-4N/C-3LED parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Polysoude products, including obsoleted and phased-out Plug-Power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Coltraco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Polysoude such as the 21700520 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 142582B manufactured by Plug-Power and we are pleased to be able to service most Plug-Power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Portalevel by Manufacturer Coltraco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pilz Brand S105p11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Potoma such as MT2130109AF equipment made by Potoma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Potoma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Potoma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MT2015008HF made by Pm as well as the popular P316TD3P original spares produced by Automation-Direct

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCOMB217PANMYAI7SWM by Portwell and MT2130109AF spares by Potoma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
