Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rotronic such as the A1H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GM9213E043R3 manufactured by Ametek and we are pleased to be able to service most Ametek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PNOZ43SIS10 by Manufacturer Pilz as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pitney-Bowes Brand 8480015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Polytec such as IVS400 equipment made by Polytec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Polytec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Polytec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S105p11 made by Pilz as well as the popular 6765800 original spares produced by Pittman
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PK543ANTG10 by Oriental and IVS400 spares by Polytec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
