Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pilz CPU Card C-P8-ZE-8U-S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sigma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 T-bar product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the BE151SCOR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 41J0Z97038 manufactured by Sigma and we are pleased to be able to service most Sigma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 881G552S by Manufacturer T-bar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand 6ES71740AA100AA0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sigma such as 5RJ1000GSIL equipment made by Sigma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sigma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sigma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PZE9P made by Pilz as well as the popular RGC3P60I65EDFP original spares produced by Carlo-Gavazzi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8536SBG12V03CS by Square-D and 5RJ1000GSIL spares by Sigma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
