Pilfergard Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Pilfergard LL-1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Pilfergard LL-1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the LL-1 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our LL-1 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 301470 manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Point-Grey Brand UI1240SECHQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pinnacle such as 31009R4 equipment made by Pinnacle have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EL640200U2 by Planar and 31009R4 spares by Pinnacle are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
