Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pico GSX40-0605-XXX-BB1-268-XT-XH-25812 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Prima-Electro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Primeline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Power-Measurements product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Prima-Electro such as the CST spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6723 manufactured by Primeline and we are pleased to be able to service most Primeline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7330A0B0B0E0A0A by Manufacturer Power-Measurements as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pittman-Ametek Brand 4491E087R4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pro-face such as 328000703 equipment made by Pro-face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pro-face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pro-face" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCT made by Process-Sensors as well as the popular P157972 original spares produced by Powerohm

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 275883 by Pressotechnik-Tox and 328000703 spares by Pro-face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
