Piab Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Piab MLD and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Piab MLD include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MLD if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MLD repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Powerohm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Point-Grey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Picanol product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Powerohm such as the P157919 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FL3U313S2MCS manufactured by Point-Grey and we are pleased to be able to service most Point-Grey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N1000IVX by Manufacturer Picanol as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Proface Brand PFXSP5B10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powertip such as PG256128ERSCNNH equipment made by Powertip have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powertip products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powertip" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 373702 made by Picker as well as the popular RSD original spares produced by Precise-Metaal
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MTSX1D by Port and PG256128ERSCNNH spares by Powertip are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
