Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Photocraft RH-3/24P MW1-Y1-10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schmersal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Portescap parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schaevitz product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schmersal such as the BNS25011ZG5M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B1118050BR00 manufactured by Portescap and we are pleased to be able to service most Portescap systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GCD1212000 by Manufacturer Schaevitz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rosemount Brand 463079 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pinnacle such as MG08OF20DS equipment made by Pinnacle have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pinnacle products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pinnacle" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LGS00000 made by Red-Lion as well as the popular LSH14NPT3K original spares produced by Rjg-Inc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RL35082N525KHE by Rice-Lake and MG08OF20DS spares by Pinnacle are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MG248K12SMB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pinnacle.
