Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Phoenix 2TX-PAC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Port products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prism-Inc. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Point-Gray product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Port such as the MR5016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PB5 manufactured by Prism-Inc. and we are pleased to be able to service most Prism-Inc. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GRAS20S4CC by Manufacturer Point-Gray as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Phoenix-Contact Brand PC2900205 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Port such as UR80 equipment made by Port have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Port products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Port" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3LS3213R16S1P4 made by Process-Technology as well as the popular 850GHS162422116 original spares produced by Port

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AST3302B1D24 by Pro-Face and UR80 spares by Port are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IDP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Polytic-Kistler.
