Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Phd SAL1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Powervolt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pneumatic-Products-Corp product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the 5015R201000002011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BVA24CLR30 manufactured by Powervolt and we are pleased to be able to service most Powervolt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EA10601 by Manufacturer Pneumatic-Products-Corp as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pinnacle Brand 53095 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pro-Face such as FP710T41 equipment made by Pro-Face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pro-Face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pro-Face" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IEEE1394 made by Point-Grey-Research as well as the popular RGBQ48 original spares produced by Photocraft

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 99029016 by Pitney-Bowes and FP710T41 spares by Pro-Face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AGP3400T1D24FN1M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pro-Face.
