Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pfacero PFXGP4501TADW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iee parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Samkoon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 1040010P0E050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0390204A0907 manufactured by Iee and we are pleased to be able to service most Iee systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SA57A by Manufacturer Samkoon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Toolex-Alpha Brand 637137 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toshiba such as GP100 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 21069 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular PWS5610SS original spares produced by Hitech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TP177B by Siemens and GP100 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 608830194 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bosch.
