Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Perceptron 515-0095 / 515-3608 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Proxitron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Precise-Sensors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Racal-dana-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Proxitron such as the IKM070T38GS4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 32237501GA4SFP10 manufactured by Precise-Sensors and we are pleased to be able to service most Precise-Sensors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 111540 by Manufacturer Racal-dana-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Phoenix Brand 2753504 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Safety-Controls such as SS9MS11A1A1A equipment made by Safety-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Safety-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Safety-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1151GP6E22P8 made by Rosemount as well as the popular QL8X12BOPL68C original spares produced by Quick-Logic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAYCI3B10L by Raytek and SS9MS11A1A1A spares by Safety-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
