Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynatec such as the DYC0PO3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSM405120R967UN manufactured by Wittur and we are pleased to be able to service most Wittur systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ER100205 by Manufacturer Esta as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has C.d.l. Brand E481500X7971 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as ECP4100T4 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ES12 made by Emerson as well as the popular F93830B9G original spares produced by Baldor
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FBA30556 by Busch and ECP4100T4 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
