Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Payne-Engerineering 11DZ-2-30PM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pepperl-+-Fuchs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Peerless parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Perceptron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl-+-Fuchs such as the WE77Ex201669S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1831811720 manufactured by Peerless and we are pleased to be able to service most Peerless systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 911017 by Manufacturer Perceptron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pbm-Accutrak Brand C2004NBYPGIC2004PAVCL453S0085 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Peco such as C3007558 equipment made by Peco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Peco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Peco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1831801890 made by Peerless as well as the popular DK10LAS3549 original spares produced by Pepperl-+-Fuchs

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 72174 by Perpperl-+-Fuchs and C3007558 spares by Peco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2002FACI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl-+-Fuchs.
