Partlow Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Partlow 1401+ and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Partlow 1401+ include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 1401+ if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 1401+ repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quartech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sunao product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the PNOZMC3P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9800ACAB03 manufactured by Quartech and we are pleased to be able to service most Quartech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SSC712 by Manufacturer Sunao as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Philips Brand 4290 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aplex such as APC3711T12 equipment made by Aplex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aplex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aplex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PSSSBDI8O8 made by Pilz as well as the popular 781414300 original spares produced by Phoenix-Contact
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PT10C4D6 by Allen-Bradley and APC3711T12 spares by Aplex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 170ADM39030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider.
