Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Parker QM-83-135 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Oriental products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 New-Power-Electronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Oriental such as the PK223PASG72 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N31HRFLLNKNS00 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NSI02D by Manufacturer New-Power-Electronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has New-Reliance Brand P56X3891VUZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as P14A5923 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PM1312062120 made by Lenze as well as the popular NBO014FCA original spares produced by Sterling

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N23021F00AAPN193525 by Allen-Bradley and P14A5923 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MTE4545SPECIAL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
