Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Parker PM1-3A1-XD3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Weltronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Two-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eizo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Weltronic such as the TB96P01A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SMTSMTNELEKR42 manufactured by Two-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Two-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature s1701 by Manufacturer Eizo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fuji Brand PODUG400HL0C1T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bystronic such as XYZ97 equipment made by Bystronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bystronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bystronic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available W936 made by Honeywell as well as the popular W2000 original spares produced by Garvens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TCU00004 by Red-Lion and XYZ97 spares by Bystronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XBTN200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique.
