Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific-Silicon-Sensor X Command y Sum parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Piezo-Controller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Garvens product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Piezo-Controller such as the 12V40SGDMC1425XCDSX910 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A20B100107302A manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature W2CTRL by Manufacturer Garvens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Wago Brand 750472 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warren such as E110345A equipment made by Warren have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warren products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warren" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VT130S3451K made by Toshiba as well as the popular 142A36121300 original spares produced by Watlow

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K2XG1024V02MDS by Warner-Linear and E110345A spares by Warren are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 910121010104076 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wampfler-Inc.
