Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific SC903-020-01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rockwell-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rapid-Gear product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rockwell-Automation such as the DCR3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PX115005S2 manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HWV140071 by Manufacturer Rapid-Gear as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Reliance Brand TXT325 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Power-Components such as 3A25SQ114HK equipment made by Power-Components have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Power-Components products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Power-Components" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XACAB16Z2005 made by Reuland as well as the popular 43922211 original spares produced by Ringfeder

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EZ308HB8T by Parker and 3A25SQ114HK spares by Power-Components are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6819159 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Recon-Optical.
